- Truck Freight Delivery: This item is too large or heavy to ship via standard UPS or FedEx ground. It will be shipped via Truck Freight. Once your shipment is within your local area, you will be contacted by the Truck Freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. This is usually a 2-4 hour window during business hours, but will be determined based on your availability. You will be responsible for taking it off of the back of the truck, so please be prepared to move the unit to its final destination. Most truck freight carriers offer upgraded services for inside delivery. This is not something that we offer at this time and you will need to arrange that directly with the truck freight carrier when they schedule your appointment.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. You'll need twelve medium base (E26) bulbs.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. We recommend a standard leading-edge dimmer for incandescent or halogen bulbs, or an LED-compatible dimmer for LED bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No, this fixture is rated for dry locations only, so it should not be installed in bathrooms with shower exposure or outdoors.
What's the warranty? Atlas Lighting offers a 1-year limited warranty.
How is it shipped? This item ships via truck freight due to its size and weight. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment, and you will be responsible for moving it from the truck to its final destination.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
