An 8-inch, 1-light mini pendant in brushed brass steel with clear glass, perfect for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Eastmont mini pendant combines classic and contemporary elements. A brushed natural brass stem supports a clear glass double-tiered shade, creating a simple yet sophisticated design. The clear glass showcases the bulb, adding a decorative touch.

How bright is it?
With one 75W A19 bulb (not included), the fixture can produce up to 1100 lumens - equivalent to a standard 60-75W incandescent, ideal for task lighting over a counter or table.
Light color and feel
Bulb color temperature is user-selectable. Incandescent bulbs (2700-3000K) give a warm, inviting glow that complements the brushed brass finish. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer.

The mini pendant measures 8 in width and 7.25 in height. The shade is 7.87 in diameter and 4.53 in height. The backplate is 5 in diameter. Minimum/maximum overall height is 45 in with included chain and wire (114 in wire length). Sloped ceiling compatible.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
