Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. This flush mount accepts 2 medium-base bulbs (not included) up to 60W each. With 2 x 60W incandescent bulbs, total output is approximately 1200-1600 lumens - similar to a single 100W bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in small to medium rooms. Using 2 x 9W LED bulbs (800 lumens each) yields about 1600 lumens.
