Description
A 9-inch wide mini pendant from the Urbanite collection, finished in weathered zinc with a clear glass dome, ideal for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and entryways.
The Urbanite pendant brings an industrial-inspired look to your home with its tapered metal shade, large die-cast accents, and a unique "warehouse" glass diffuser. The weathered zinc finish offers a rustic, industrial charm, complemented by polished nickel accents. The clear glass shade showcases the bulb for a vintage look. This hardwired fixture is designed for dry locations and can be installed on sloped or vaulted ceilings.

With a single 75W A19 bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to 1100 lumens, similar to a traditional 75W incandescent. It's ideal for task and accent lighting, but not as a primary light source for large spaces.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade provides a bright, direct light with a vintage feel. The color temperature depends on the bulb you choose; for a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K bulb. This fixture is fully dimmable when used with a dimmer bulb and compatible dimmer switch (not included).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
