This 25-inch, 5-light chandelier from the Tribecca collection brings a modern twist to traditional silhouettes, perfect for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Tribecca collection references traditional silhouettes but is modern in style with its use of squared metal bars and sharp angles, paired with cone shaped glass shades. The brushed nickel finish and white glass shades create a clean, contemporary look that complements a variety of decor styles.

How bright is it?
With five 60W A19 bulbs (not included), this chandelier can produce up to 5 x 800 lumens = 4000 lumens if using 60W equivalent LED bulbs. That's about as bright as five 60W incandescent bulbs, ideal for ambient and task lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
The color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. For a cooler, more energetic light, use 3500K-5000K. The white glass shades diffuse light evenly, reducing glare and creating a soft glow.
Sizing and fit
This chandelier measures 25 inches wide, 25 inches deep, and 25 inches high. It is suitable for rooms with ceilings at least 8 feet high. The backplate is 5 inches wide and 5 inches high, and the fixture weighs 10 lbs.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. You will need to purchase five A19 bulbs with E26 base.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture itself is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch (not included). Use a standard leading-edge dimmer for LED bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No, this fixture is rated for dry locations only, so it should not be installed in bathrooms or outdoors.
What's the warranty? This product comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
How do I clean the glass shades? Use a soft, dry cloth to dust the shades. For smudges, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
