The Current pendant features a large glass shade with a subtle ripple motif that casts a textured, ambient light and adds an urban edge to any room. The die-cast metal frame and oversized knurled thumbscrews give it a modern, industrial feel that pairs well with transitional interiors.

How bright is it?

This pendant accepts one 100W A19 bulb (not included). With a standard 100W incandescent bulb, it produces about 1600 lumens - bright enough for ambient lighting in a kitchen or dining area. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage or dimmable LED bulb.

Light color and feel

The clear glass shade lets the bulb's natural color shine through. For a warm, cozy feel, choose a 2700K-3000K bulb. The fixture is fully dimmable when used with a dimmer bulb and compatible dimmer switch (not included), allowing you to adjust the mood.

Sizing and fit

The pendant measures 8 inches wide, 8 inches deep, and 9 inches high. It hangs from a rod with extension rods (1x6", 3x12") and a cord, allowing a minimum height of 18 inches and a maximum of 54 inches. The canopy is 5 inches square. It is designed for sloped or vaulted ceilings, but note that the sloped ceiling compatibility attribute says 'No' - this may be a contradiction; please verify before installation.
