How bright is it?
With a maximum 60W A19 bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to 800 lumens - about as bright as a 60W incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in small to medium rooms, but not as a primary work light.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K bulb. The paper rope shade diffuses light softly, creating a cozy, natural ambiance. This fixture is fully dimmable when used with a dimmer bulb and compatible dimmer switch (not included).
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 12 inches wide, 12 inches deep, and 12 inches high. It hangs from a white cord, with a minimum height of 15 inches and maximum of 84 inches. The canopy is 5 inches round. It can be installed on sloped or vaulted ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
