A 60-inch LED ceiling fan from Matthews Fan Company, designed for large living rooms, family rooms, and spacious bedrooms, with a brushed nickel motor housing and matte black solid wood blades.
The Patricia 5 combines innovation with simple, refined design. Its elegant aesthetic belies its robust construction. Solid wood blades revolve around a balanced, cylindrical DC motor housing. Air is circulated efficiently with barely more than a whisper. An eco-conscious LED light kit completes the package, making Patricia 5 sophisticated, efficient and green.

How bright is it?
Delivers 690 lumens from a 16W integrated LED - about as bright as a 60W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms, but not as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. With a CRI of 90, colors render accurately, good for art or kitchens. Dimmable with compatible dimmers.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
