Description
A 42-inch three-blade ceiling fan from Matthews Fans, finished in gloss white with matte white wood blades, for bedrooms, covered patios, and other damp-rated spaces.
The Patricia-3 combines contemporary design with robust construction. Its solid wood blades revolve around a balanced, cylindrical DC motor housing, circulating air efficiently with barely more than a whisper. The integrated LED light kit provides warm, energy-efficient illumination, while the moisture-resistant materials make it suitable for covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
The integrated 16W LED delivers 690 lumens - about as bright as a 60W incandescent bulb, ideal for ambient lighting in bedrooms and small living spaces, not as a primary room light.

The LED emits a warm 3075K color temperature - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent, flattering skin tones and warm interiors. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
