The Nan ceiling fan is a contemporary take on traditional fan design, featuring neatly joined solid wood blades in a light maple tone that contrast beautifully with the matte black motor housing. Is a light kit included? No, this fan does not include a light kit. It is designed for air movement only.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This is a ceiling fan, not a light fixture, so dimming does not apply. It comes with a remote and wall control for fan speed.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for damp locations, so it can be installed in bathrooms with adequate ventilation and covered outdoor areas. It is not rated for wet locations or direct exposure to rain.
What's the warranty? The fan comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
How do I clean the fan? Use a soft brush or lint-free cloth to avoid scratching the finish. Do not use water, as it could damage the motor or wood blades. A light coat of furniture polish can be applied to the wood blades for added protection.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
