Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit, so no bulbs are included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This is a fan, not a light, so dimming does not apply. It comes with a 6-speed handheld and wall-mounted control.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with adequate ventilation, but not in direct rain.
What's the warranty? Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Can I use this on a sloped ceiling? The fan is designed for direct ceiling mount; for sloped ceilings, you may need an angled ceiling adapter (not included).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
