The Alessandra Tropical brings a minimal tropical form to your space, combining cast aluminum and heavy stamped steel construction with ABS all-weather blades. Its DC motor delivers silent, efficient operation, and the integrated LED light kit offers five color temperatures to suit any mood. This fan is highly customizable and built to withstand fully exposed outdoor conditions.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit delivers 1063-1234 lumens depending on color temperature, comparable to a 75W incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in a bedroom or living room, but not intended as the sole primary light source for very large spaces.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 4000K (neutral white), 5000K (daylight), and 6500K (cool daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable, allowing you to adjust brightness to your preference.

This fan measures 48 inches in blade span, 48 inches wide, and 8 inches high, with a 10-inch downrod included. It is designed for rooms 144-225 sq. ft. and fits sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees. The canopy is 6 inches in diameter, and the downrod diameter is 1 inch.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
