A 48-inch wet-rated ceiling fan with a matte white housing and matte black ABS blades, designed for covered patios, open decks, and large living spaces.
The Alessandra Tropical combines minimal tropical form with maximum efficiency. Its cast aluminum and heavy stamped steel construction is built to withstand fully exposed outdoor conditions, while the matte black ABS blades offer an all-weather system that resists moisture and warping. The included remote control provides convenient, silent operation, and the DC motor is energy-efficient and reversible for year-round use.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
