A 48-inch wet-rated ceiling fan from Matthews Fans, designed for covered outdoor living spaces like patios, pergolas, and gazebos, with a brushed brass motor housing and gray ash ABS blades.
The Alessandra Tropical combines a minimal tropical silhouette with the durability of cast aluminum, heavy stamped steel, and weather-resistant ABS blades. Its brushed brass finish and gray ash tone blades bring a warm, transitional look that complements both modern and traditional exteriors. With a powerful DC motor, six speeds, and a reversible function, this fan delivers efficient, silent airflow for rooms up to 225 square feet.

This ceiling fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is designed for cooling and air circulation only.

No light kit is included, so there is no light color or feel to describe. The fan's finish, however, adds a warm brass tone that pairs well with warm outdoor lighting.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
