How bright is it?
The integrated LED produces 419 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 40W incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in a large room, but you may want additional task lighting for reading or detailed work.
Light color and feel
The LED emits a warm white light at 2776K, similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With a high CRI of 94, colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for showcasing wood tones and decor. The light is dimmable, allowing you to adjust brightness to suit your mood.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 60 inches in diameter and 10 inches in height (with the included 10-inch downrod). It is best suited for rooms at least 15x15 ft, with ceilings 8 ft or higher. The included canopy accommodates vaulted ceilings up to 30 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
