The Patricia-3 from Matthews Fan Company combines modern elegance with robust construction. Solid wood blades revolve around a balanced, cylindrical DC motor housing, circulating air efficiently with minimal noise. The integrated, dimmable LED provides warm illumination, and the included remote and wall control offer six speeds and reverse. How bright is it?
The integrated LED produces 690 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 60W incandescent bulb. This provides comfortable ambient light for a large living room, but may not be sufficient as a primary light for very large spaces.
Light color and feel
The LED emits a warm 3075K color temperature - a soft, golden glow similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. It flatters skin tones and complements warm wood and chrome finishes. The light is dimmable, and with a CRI of 90, it renders colors accurately, making it suitable for art or kitchens.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
