Description
A 60-inch three-blade ceiling fan with an integrated LED light in brushed nickel, sized for the largest living rooms and open-plan spaces.
The Presidio keeps its lines simple and sophisticated, with a brushed nickel finish over an aluminum and steel body and three ABS blades. A frosted polymeric diffuser spreads warm light downward, and a DC motor drives six speeds with a reverse function for year-round comfort. Everything is controlled from the included remote.

- Open-plan living rooms and great rooms roughly 16 x 16 ft and larger - 60 inches of sweep covers big footprints
- Primary bedrooms where the integrated 3000K LED replaces a separate ceiling light
- Covered patios and porches - the damp-location rating allows sheltered outdoor installation

Not ideal for
- Small bedrooms or offices under about 12 x 12 ft - a 60-inch fan is oversized there

How bright is it?
1,900 total lumens with 1,419 delivered lumens - roughly the output of a bright 100W incandescent bulb, enough to light a large living room as a primary light source.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent that flatters wood and warm-toned interiors. At 90 CRI it renders colors accurately. The integrated LED is dimmable via the included remote.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
