This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on your existing room lighting. It is compatible with Fanimation's optional LED light kits (sold separately) if you want to add one later.

Sizing and fit
This fan spans 72 inches with a 16.42-inch drop from ceiling to bottom. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees, and comes with an 8-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height for optimal airflow.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
