How bright is it?
The integrated 24W LED module produces 2000 lumens - about as bright as a 150W incandescent bulb, suitable for lighting a large outdoor seating area or a great room. It's dimmable, so you can lower the light for a cozy evening.
Light color and feel
The LED emits 3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting, flattering to skin tones and warm finishes. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate, ideal for outdoor entertaining.

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated 24W LED module is included and cannot be replaced.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the light is dimmable. Use a standard incandescent dimmer or the optional Fanimation remote (sold separately) for best results.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is UL listed for wet locations, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with shower exposure.
What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a 5-year warranty on this fan.
Does this fan come with a remote? No, the remote is not included. You can purchase the Fanimation TR500 remote separately.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
