Is the bulb included? This model does not include a light kit or bulb. The optional LED light kit is sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is controlled via the included TR500 remote; it is not dimmable. The optional LED light kit is dimmable when used with the remote.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, and sunrooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering the motor. Contact Fanimation Tech Support at 1-888-567-2055 for assistance.

Does this fan work with smart home devices? Yes, it is compatible with Fanimation Wi-Fi fanSync and most smart home devices, but the required controls are sold separately.
