How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. If you add the optional opal frosted glass light kit, brightness will depend on the bulbs you choose. The fan's primary function is airflow, not illumination.

Is the bulb included? No, this fan does not include a light kit. The optional light kit is sold separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is adjustable via the remote control. If you add the optional light kit, dimming capability depends on the bulbs and dimmer used.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
