How bright is it?
The integrated 24W LED module produces 2000 lumens - about as bright as a 150W incandescent bulb, ideal for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
Choose from three color temperatures: 3000K warm white for a cozy, golden glow; 4000K neutral white for a crisp, clean light; or 5000K daylight for a bright, energizing feel. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate.

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated LED module is included and not replaceable.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The LED light is not dimmable, but the fan speed is adjustable via the remote control.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with adequate ventilation, but not for direct rain exposure.
What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a 1-year warranty on this fan.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
