These transitional fans feature 3-speed AC motors that produce a max airflow of 4,528 CFMs. Each of the 5 blades are made from durable ABS to withstand the elements. The 3 included LED bulbs produce 550 lumens of 3000K light each, and will save you money. Outllant is recommended for areas of 400 square feet or less, and should be hardwired to an in-ceiling power source of 120V. Installation is a breeze with the included instructions and mounting/wiring hardware right in the box.
