How bright is it?
This fixture uses two 100W G25 bulbs (not included) and can produce up to 1600 lumens if you use 800-lumen bulbs - roughly equivalent to a 160-watt incandescent. It provides ample task lighting for a bathroom vanity.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, select 2700K-3000K bulbs. With dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, you can adjust the brightness to suit your mood.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
