How bright is it?
Uses four 60W candelabra bulbs (not included) for a total of up to 240W incandescent equivalent. With dimmable bulbs, you can adjust brightness from a soft glow to full illumination. Lumen output depends on bulb choice; typical 60W candelabra LEDs produce about 800 lumens each, totaling 3200 lumens—enough to light a 12x12 ft covered patio.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. Requires four candelabra base bulbs (E12), up to 60W each.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer rated for the total wattage.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas like patios and porches, but not in areas directly exposed to rain or moisture. Not suitable for bathrooms with shower exposure.
What's the warranty? Z-Lite offers a five-year warranty on the coastal finish and a one-year warranty on electrical components.
How do I adjust the hanging height? The fixture includes one 12-inch rod and 72 inches of chain. You can shorten the chain by removing links or use the rod alone for a shorter drop.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
