Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). The fixture accepts one medium-base bulb up to 100W equivalent (LED/CFL/incandescent). With a 100W equivalent LED, expect about 1500 lumens - bright enough for focused reading or task lighting. The white interior reflector enhances light output and reduces glare.

Light color and feel

Light color is determined by the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. For a cooler, more energizing light in a home office, a 3500K-4000K bulb works well. The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch.
