Description
A 16-inch 3-light convertible pendant/semi-flush ceiling light for kitchen islands and dining rooms, finished in natural brass with etched white glass.
The Maclain collection by Kichler features smooth, updated traditional lines. This convertible fixture can be hung as a pendant or mounted as a semi-flush. The natural brass finish and satin etched white glass create a warm, inviting glow. Made of steel.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung 30-36 inches above the counter
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 inches wide, as a single statement pendant
- Entryways and foyers with 8-10 ft ceilings, mounted as a semi-flush
- Homes with contemporary or updated traditional decor
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with very low ceilings under 7 ft - even in semi-flush mode, it hangs 11.75 in
- Large open rooms needing a single bright source - 3 x 100W max is moderate
How bright is it?
Up to 300W incandescent equivalent (bulbs not included). With three 100W A19 bulbs, expect about 4500 lumens total - suitable for ambient lighting in medium rooms.
Light color and feel
Depends on bulbs used. For warm white, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The etched white glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare.
