Are bulbs included? No - this fixture uses four E26 medium-base bulbs (60W max each), sold separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? It is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard incandescent or LED dimmer. Bulbs and dimmer are not included.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is rated for damp locations - suitable for bathrooms with high humidity, but not for direct water spray or outdoor use.
What's the warranty? Limited one (1) year from the date of purchase.
How do I clean the glass shades? Turn off the electric current, remove the glass, and wipe with a damp cloth. The brushed nickel finish can be dusted with a soft dry cloth.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
