Description
A 24-inch ceiling fan down rod in a walnut finish, designed to extend your fan from the ceiling for optimal air circulation.
This Kichler down rod is made of steel with a walnut finish, providing a sturdy and stylish extension for your ceiling fan. It is compatible with a wide range of Kichler fan models and finishes, allowing you to match your existing fan hardware. The 1-inch outer diameter fits standard fan mounting systems.
Best for
- Rooms with high or vaulted ceilings where a standard flush mount is too short
- Ceiling fans that need to be lowered to improve airflow efficiency
- Replacing an existing down rod to achieve the ideal fan height
Not ideal for
- Low ceilings under 8 ft — a 24-inch drop may bring the fan too low
- Fans with non-standard mounting systems — verify compatibility before purchase
Style and finish
The walnut finish adds a warm, natural wood tone that complements fans with walnut, bronze, or nickel accents. The steel construction ensures durability and a clean look.
Materials and care
Made of steel with a painted walnut finish. Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
Sizing and fit
The down rod measures 24 in long and 1 in outer diameter. It is designed for standard ceiling fan mounting systems. Check your fan's compatibility before purchase.
