How bright is it?
Uses three standard medium-base bulbs (E26), each up to 60W incandescent or equivalent LED. Total brightness depends on the bulbs you choose - with three 60W-equivalent LED bulbs you get roughly 2400 lumens, enough for primary bathroom lighting on a single vanity.
Light color and feel
You control the color temperature by the bulbs you install. The opal glass shades diffuse light evenly, reducing glare and casting a soft glow across the countertop.

Is it dimmable? The fixture itself is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for damp locations, so it is suitable for bathrooms (not inside a shower) and covered porches. Not rated for wet or direct outdoor exposure.
What's the warranty? Limited one (1) year from the date of purchase.
How do I clean the opal glass shades? Turn off the power, carefully remove the glass shades, and wipe with a damp cloth. Let dry completely before reinstalling.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
