Description
A 6-inch semi-flush mount with a clear bell-shaped glass shade and antique copper frame, ideal for hallways, entryways, and bedrooms with lower ceilings.
The Preston collection pairs an elongated bell glass shade with a sleek metal frame, bringing a timeless elegance to any space. The fluted detailing adds texture and sophistication, while the clean lines of the frame enhance its modern appeal. Hand-blown glass and an antique copper finish make this a refined yet functional light fixture for your home.
Best for
- Hallways and entryways with 8-9 ft ceilings, providing ambient light without taking up visual space
- Bedrooms with lower ceilings, mounted as a flush or semi-flush light to save headroom
- Dining rooms and living rooms as a subtle accent light over a table or seating area
- Covered porches and patios, rated for damp locations
- Bathrooms with adequate clearance, rated for damp locations
Not ideal for
- Spaces with sloped or vaulted ceilings - this fixture is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Large rooms needing bright, primary illumination - this is a single-bulb fixture
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain or moisture - damp rated, not wet rated
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), it can provide ample light for a hallway or small room. We recommend using an LED bulb for energy efficiency and lower heat output.
Light color and feel
Color temperature not specified by manufacturer. The clear glass shade allows the bulb to be visible, so the light color will depend on the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. This fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit your mood.
Sizing and fit
This semi-flush mount measures 6.25 inches in diameter and 13.25 inches in height, making it a compact choice for spaces with lower ceilings. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter. It is not sloped ceiling adaptable, so it requires a flat ceiling.
