Innovations Newton Sphere 52in 7-Light Pendant | Brushed Brass and Clear Glass | Kitchen Island & Dining Room | Model 127-410-1PS-BB-G410-8CL

A 52-inch-wide, seven-light linear pendant from the Newton Sphere Collection, finished in brushed brass with clear glass globes, for kitchen islands and dining rooms.

The Newton Sphere pendant is a modern industrial piece that combines architectural details with iconic globe-shaped glass shades. The brushed brass frame and clear glass globes create a warm, vintage-inspired look. With seven lights, it provides generous illumination for large spaces.

Best for

• Kitchen islands 6-8 feet long, hung 30-36 inches above the countertop
• Dining room tables 72-96 inches long, providing even light distribution
• Open-plan living areas with high ceilings, as a statement piece
• Home bars or breakfast nooks, adding a touch of industrial elegance
• Hallways or entryways with long, narrow ceilings

Not ideal for

• Small rooms or low ceilings under 8 feet, as the minimum hanging height is 22.75 inches
• Spaces where a single, compact pendant is needed, as this is a large linear fixture
• Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, despite damp rating, as the fixture is not wet-rated

How bright is it?

With seven 100-watt incandescent bulbs (not included), this pendant can produce up to 11,200 lumens, equivalent to seven 100W bulbs. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light source in a large kitchen or dining area. For a softer ambiance, use lower-wattage or dimmable LED bulbs.

Light color and feel

The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, select 2700K-3000K bulbs. The clear glass shades provide bright, direct light with minimal diffusion, making it ideal for task lighting. This fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright and energetic to cozy and intimate.

Sizing and fit

The pendant measures 52 inches wide, 8 inches deep, and 9 inches high. The hanging height can be adjusted from 22.75 to 130.75 inches, making it suitable for ceilings from 8 to 12 feet. The rectangular canopy is 5.38 inches by 48 inches. It is sloped ceiling compatible, so it can be installed on angled ceilings.
