Best for
- Hallways and entryways with 8-foot ceilings, providing a warm welcome.
- Bedrooms and small living spaces where a flush mount is needed.

- Covered porches and patios, as it is damp-rated.
- Bathrooms with adequate ventilation, as it is damp-rated.
Not ideal for
- Large rooms needing bright, primary lighting—this is a compact fixture.
- Sloped ceilings, as it is not sloped ceiling adaptable.
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain, despite damp rating.
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer, but it accepts a 100W incandescent bulb (not included). That's roughly 1600 lumens, similar to a traditional 100W bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in small to medium spaces.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The seedy glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a pleasant ambiance. Dimmable with compatible bulbs and dimmer switch.
