Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row of 2-3 pendants for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms, hung above a small table or breakfast nook
- Entryways and hallways, used as a statement light at eye level
- Homes with sloped ceilings, as this fixture is sloped ceiling compatible
- Industrial, modern, or transitional interiors seeking a vintage touch
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, despite damp rating, as the fixture is not wet rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet, as the minimum hanging height is 23.88 inches
- Areas where a flush mount is needed, as this is a hanging pendant
How bright is it?
With one 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this fixture can produce up to 1,500 lumens, equivalent to a 100W bulb. This is bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. If using LED bulbs, brightness will vary based on the bulb's lumen output.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The mercury deco swirl glass shade diffuses light, creating a soft, ambient glow with a vintage character. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright task lighting to a gentle evening ambiance.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 8 inches wide, 8 inches deep, and 20 inches high. The overall height can be adjusted from 23.88 to 140.88 inches using the 120-inch cord, which can be cut to the desired length. The canopy is 4.88 x 4.88 inches. This mini pendant is best suited for ceilings 8 feet or higher.
