How bright is it?
This pendant uses one 100W incandescent bulb (not included), which typically produces about 1600 lumens - similar to a 100W bulb. This is bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, but not for lighting an entire room.

Is the bulb included? No, the bulb is not included. It requires one 100W incandescent bulb with an E26 base, or compatible LED, fluorescent, or halogen bulbs.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp-rated, so it is safe in bathrooms with ventilation, but not for outdoor areas exposed to rain.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
