Description
A single-light mini pendant with a hand-blown blue glass shade, finished in antique copper, for kitchen islands, dining rooms, and entryways.
The Bridal Veil pendant adds a dynamic touch to any space with its sleek design and vibrant blue glass shade. The antique copper finish provides a warm contrast, while the hand-blown glass ensures each piece is unique. This fixture fits seamlessly into industrial, modern, and transitional decor styles.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in multiples for task lighting over a 6-8 ft counter
- Dining rooms, centered above a table for intimate ambient light
- Entryways and foyers, adding a welcoming glow
- Living rooms and reading nooks, as a decorative accent
- Covered patios and sunrooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is rated for damp locations only, not wet
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft, as the minimum hanging height is about 17 inches
- Primary room lighting in large open areas, as a single 100W bulb may not provide sufficient brightness
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W bulb, this pendant can produce up to about 1600 lumens (if using a 100W incandescent), which is similar to a traditional 100W bulb. This is suitable for ambient and accent lighting, but for task lighting you may want to use multiple pendants or a higher-lumen LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light level. The blue glass shade filters light, creating a cool, calming ambiance. For a warmer feel, choose a 2700K-3000K bulb; for a cooler, more energetic feel, opt for 4000K-5000K.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 8 inches wide and 13.5 inches high, with an adjustable hanging height from about 17 to 134 inches thanks to the 120-inch cord. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter. It is sloped ceiling compatible, making it versatile for various ceiling types.
