• Hallways and corridors, providing accent lighting and visual interest.
• Living rooms, highlighting artwork or architectural features.
• Entryways, creating a warm welcome.
• Damp locations like bathrooms, as it is UL/CUL damp rated.

Not ideal for

• Outdoor areas without cover - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet locations.
• Spaces where you need bright, primary lighting - it's a single 100W bulb, best for accent or task lighting.
• Areas with very limited wall space - the sconce extends 12 inches from the wall.

How bright is it?

Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. It is rated for a maximum 100W incandescent bulb, so brightness will depend on the bulb you choose. For reference, a 100W incandescent bulb produces about 1600 lumens.

Light color and feel

Light color depends on the bulb you choose. The light smoke glass shade will diffuse and soften the light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The fixture is not dimmable, so choose a bulb with the desired brightness.
