Description
A 16-inch mini pendant from the Appalachian collection, finished in satin gold with a matching metal cone shade, for kitchen islands and dining areas.
Part of the Franklin Restoration family, this mini pendant brings a touch of industrial heritage with its heavy cast brass details and satin gold finish. The cone-shaped metal shade matches its exterior and interior, creating a cohesive look. A solid brass 180-degree adjustable swivel above the socket allows you to direct light exactly where you need it, and the included 90-degree hang-straight swivel makes it sloped-ceiling adaptable.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting over a 6-8 ft island
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for ambient light
- Breakfast nooks or counter seating areas
- Hallways or entryways with 8-9 ft ceilings
- Covered patios or porches, as it is damp-rated
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is only damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft, as the minimum hanging height is 17 inches
- Large rooms needing primary illumination, as it is a single-bulb accent fixture
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but it accepts one 100W incandescent bulb (not included). With a standard 100W bulb, you can expect roughly 1600 lumens, similar to a bright reading lamp. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage LED or dimmer.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is not specified, but it is dimmable and compatible with incandescent, LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs. With a warm white LED (2700K-3000K), the light will feel cozy and inviting, complementing the satin gold finish.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 16 inches long, 16 inches wide, and 8 inches high. It includes 30 inches of stems (one 6-inch and two 12-inch sections) and 10 feet of wire, allowing a hanging height range of 17 to 41 inches. The round canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter.
