Description
A compact 1-light wall sconce from the Franklin Restoration Collection, finished in antique copper with a clear glass bell shade, ideal for hallways, bedrooms, and cozy nooks.
This smaller Canton sconce delivers the same industrial-farmhouse charm as its larger counterpart, with a slightly smaller shade. The antique copper body and clear glass shade evoke a vintage, nautical feel. Solid brass swivels allow 180-degree adjustment, and the fixture can be hung with the bulb facing up or down.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors, mounted at eye level for ambient accent lighting
- Bedrooms, as a reading sconce beside the bed with adjustable swivel
- Living rooms and dens, paired on either side of a fireplace or console
- Staircases and landings, adding a warm glow to transitional spaces
- Covered porches or bathrooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Spaces where a primary light source is needed - this sconce provides accent lighting only
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain or moisture, despite its damp rating
- Very small rooms where a flush mount or ceiling light would be more practical
How bright is it?
With 220 lumens, this sconce is about as bright as a 25W incandescent bulb - ideal for accent or ambient lighting, not as a primary room light. It's perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere in hallways or bedrooms.
Light color and feel
The 2200K warm white light has a soft, golden tone similar to candlelight, flattering skin tones and warm interiors. With a CRI of 99.9, colors appear very natural. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
Measuring 6.5 inches wide, 11.5 inches high, and extending 10 inches from the wall, this sconce suits most wall spaces. The adjustable swivel lets you direct light where needed, and the backplate is 4.5 inches in diameter.
