House of Troy Scatchard 22in 1-Light Table Lamp | Transitional Gray Sky Ceramic and Cream Linen | Bedroom & Living Room Accent | Model GS300-GS

A 22.5-inch ceramic table lamp with a cream linen hardback shade, made for bedside tables, living room consoles, and reading corners.

The Scatchard lamp pairs a hand-finished stoneware base with a wide drum shade, giving it a calm, transitional look that sits easily in traditional and modern rooms alike. The Gray Sky glaze is a soft, muted grey that reads almost like weathered stone, and the cream linen shade diffuses light into a warm, even glow. Stoneware bases are made in the USA.

Best for

• Bedside tables in primary bedrooms, where a 3-way switch lets you drop to low light for reading
• Living room console or end tables that need a substantial 17-inch-wide shade
• Home offices and reading nooks that want warm ambient light rather than task glare
• Pairing in twos on either side of a sofa or bed for symmetrical light

Not ideal for

• Very small side tables - the 17-inch shade and 17-inch base footprint need a generous surface
• Anyone wanting a bulb included - the lamp ships without one
• Spaces that need a focused task beam; the wide linen drum shade spreads light softly

How bright is it?

Rated for one 150W 3-way medium-base bulb. Lumen output depends on the bulb you install and is not specified by the manufacturer; with a typical 150W-equivalent LED you get strong ambient light for a bedroom or living room, and the 3-way switch lets you step down to a softer level.

Light color and feel

Light color follows the bulb you choose - the cream linen hardback shade warms and softens whatever you install, so a 2700K-3000K bulb gives a golden, cozy feel. The shade is not a diffuser panel, so expect a gentle glow through the fabric rather than a sharp beam.

Sizing and fit

Overall 17 in deep x 17 in wide x 22.5 in tall, with a 4.25 in base and a 5 x 17 x 12 in shade. At 22.5 inches tall it suits nightstands and console tables roughly 24-30 inches high, and the 17-inch shade span needs a tabletop at least 18 inches deep.

Frequently asked

Is the bulb included? No - the lamp ships without a bulb. Use one 150W 3-way medium-base bulb.

Is it dimmable? It uses a 3-way switch on the socket, so brightness steps come from a 3-way bulb rather than a wall dimmer.

Can I use it in a bathroom or outdoors? No - it is ETL Listed for indoor use and is not rated for damp or wet locations.

What's the warranty? Warranty terms are not specified by the manufacturer in the supplied data.

How does the Gray Sky finish look in person? It is a soft, muted grey glaze on stoneware - closer to weathered stone than a flat painted grey, with subtle variation across the base.
