Description
A 26.5-inch ceramic table lamp with a matte white finish and off-white hardback shade, sized for bedside tables and living room consoles.
The Scatchard lamp pairs a hand-finished ceramic base with a crisp hardback drum shade, giving it a clean, quiet look that works in both traditional and modern rooms. The white matte finish keeps it neutral enough to sit on a nightstand or side table without competing with the rest of the room.
Best for
- Bedside tables in primary bedrooms, paired with a 3-way bulb for reading light
- Living room end tables and console tables that need a soft ambient glow
- Guest bedrooms and home offices where a neutral, understated lamp fits the decor
- Entryway consoles that need a welcoming pool of light
Not ideal for
- Very small nightstands - the 16-inch shade diameter needs a tabletop of roughly 18 inches or more
- Rooms where you want a bold color statement; this is a neutral white lamp
- Task lighting at a desk - the shade spreads light broadly rather than focusing it
How bright is it?
Takes one 150W 3-way medium-base bulb (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose; a 150W-equivalent LED gives strong room-filling light, while the 3-way switch lets you step down to a softer low setting.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb installed. The off-white hardback shade diffuses light evenly and keeps the glow warm and soft rather than harsh.
Sizing and fit
Overall 16 in diameter x 26.5 in high, with a 5 in base and a 14 x 16 x 10.5 in shade. At just over two feet tall it suits standard 24-30 in bedside and end tables in bedrooms and living rooms of most sizes.

Frequently asked
Is the bulb included? No - one 150W 3-way medium-base bulb is required and sold separately.
Is it dimmable? It uses a 3-way switch on the socket, so brightness steps are controlled by a 3-way bulb rather than a wall dimmer.
Can I use this in a bathroom or outdoors? No - it is ETL Listed for indoor use and not rated for damp or wet locations.
What's the warranty? Warranty terms are not specified by the manufacturer in the supplied data.
How do I turn it on? The switch is located on the socket, so you reach up under the shade to operate it.
