House of Troy Richmond Adjustable Table Lamp | Traditional Oil Rubbed Bronze with Burlap Hardback Shade | Bedroom & Living Room | Model R450-OB

A height-adjustable oil rubbed bronze table lamp with a burlap hardback shade, built for bedside and living room reading.

Part of House of Troy's Richmond collection, this lamp pairs a dark oil rubbed bronze finish with a textured burlap hardback shade for a warm, traditional look. The adjustable stem lets you set the shade height between 27.5 and 31 inches, so it works beside a low sofa arm or a taller headboard. A 3-way socket gives you low, medium, and high settings from a single bulb.

Best for

• Bedside tables in primary bedrooms, where the adjustable height lines the shade up with your reading position
• Living room end tables and console tables that need a warm, textured accent
• Traditional and transitional interiors with wood, leather, or bronze accents
• Reading nooks where a 3-way switch lets you go from ambient to task light

Not ideal for

• Very small side tables - the 15-inch-wide shade needs a surface with room to spare
• Spaces where you want a fully cordless or rechargeable lamp; this is a corded plug-in design with a 10 ft brown cord
• Modern minimalist rooms that call for a sleek metal or glass shade rather than burlap

How bright is it?

Takes one 150W 3-way bulb (not included). Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer and depends on the bulb you choose; a 150W-equivalent LED gives strong task light for reading, while the low setting works as ambient light.

Light color and feel

Light color depends on the bulb you install - this lamp ships without a bulb. The burlap hardback shade filters light into a soft, warm glow and casts a textured pattern, which suits cozy, traditional rooms.

Sizing and fit

Overall height adjusts from 27.5 to 31 inches, with an 8-inch base plate and a shade measuring 11 x 15 x 10 inches. The footprint is compact enough for most nightstands and end tables, and the 10 ft cord gives you flexibility on outlet placement.

Frequently asked

Is the bulb included? No - the lamp takes one 150W 3-way bulb, sold separately.

Is it dimmable? It uses a 3-way on-socket switch, so brightness steps come from a 3-way bulb rather than a wall dimmer.

Can I use this in a bathroom or outdoors? No - this is a plug-in table lamp intended for indoor use.

What's the warranty? Warranty terms are not specified in the supplied product data.

How does the adjustable height work? The stem extends so the shade sits anywhere between 27.5 and 31 inches from the surface.
