This version skips the light kit for a clean, minimalist profile, and the damp-rated construction means it can handle the humidity of a covered patio or a steamy bathroom without worry.

- Anyone who wants a light on their fan - this model has no light kit (the -LK version does)
How bright is it?
This fan has no light kit, so brightness isn't applicable. If you need light, consider the Wrap Custom with LED light kit, which delivers 1600 lumens.

Sizing and fit
The fan spans 60 inches and hangs 12.46 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees, and optional downrods up to 72 inches let you reach the ideal 7-9 ft hanging height. Best for rooms at least 12x12 ft.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
