How bright is it?
This is a ceiling fan motor only; it does not include a light kit. If you add a light kit (sold separately), brightness will depend on the kit chosen.

No light kit included, so no light color or feel applies. The fan's finish is matte white, which blends with most ceilings.

The fan motor measures 52 inches in diameter and 16 inches in height. It fits rooms of 12x12 ft or larger. The included 6-inch downrod allows mounting on sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
