Is the bulb included? Yes, the 24W LED module is included and integrated into the light kit.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the light is dimmable when used with compatible controls. Fanimation recommends using their TR500 remote or other compatible smart controls for dimming.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas like patios or porches, but not for direct exposure to water. It is not recommended for bathrooms with high humidity or direct shower exposure.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a limited lifetime warranty on this fan.

Does this fan work with sloped ceilings? Yes, it is compatible with sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.
