Truck Freight Delivery. This item is too large or heavy to ship via standard UPS or FedEx ground. As a result, it will be shipped via Truck Freight. Once your shipment is within your local area, you will be contacted by the Truck Freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. You will be responsible for taking it off of the back of the truck, so please be prepared to move the unit to its final destination. Shipping information
Most of our items will ship within 24-48 hours within the receipt of the order.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
