Due to the high cost of shipping, this is a non-returnable item. blomus offers protective covers for STAY which allows complete enclosure of the item. This is sufficient for outdoor storage during the winter, but for best results, we recommend covered storage during the winter months. STAY is a non-returnable item.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
